Aftercooler/Dryer/Reheater System (ADR Series)

 

The system's capabilities are based on:

 Advantages:

1. Reheating the outgoing air with incoming warm air increases the actual volume by 10-20%
2. Lower pressure drops - 2 PSIG/0.14 BAR G, compared to 8 PSIG/0.55 BAR G in a typical aftercooler, separator, and dryer installation
3. Eliminates water usage
4. Higher temperatures and lower relative humidity reduces chances for freeze-ups
5. Simplifies and saves on installation
