Oil-Alert (OA Series)

Removes and monitors oil aerosol carryover.

Separation area works by impingement, direction change and expansion; separates particles and liquid droplets

Carbon Adsorber-Alert (AD Series)

  3. Lower Pressure Drop -Alert Series have a nominal pressure drop of 2-6 PSIG. To provide equivalent filtration with conventional filters, you need several with a total pressure drop of 5-10 PSIG.
  4. Highly Efficient Adsorbant Media
  5. Two Safety Options -the expanded metal safety shield is standard in filters with transparent poly-carbonate housing. The metal housing with dual sight glass is available for applications where poly-carbonate housings may not be as safe.
  6. Dual Sight Glass -In filters encased in metal housing, light enters one port as you look through the other.
  7. Back-Saver Feature -Larger filters (2" [50.8mm] NPT and up) have a built-in lift mechanism to avoid back injury and reduce maintenance time.

Multi -step separation provides maximum protection

Easy Maintenance

As the coalescer media adsorbs oil, the element changes from white to red. As oil saturation progresses, the color gradually rises and becomes brighter. This provides an early indication for element replacement and monitors oil carry-over. By changing the element before the red reaches the top, you prevent downstream contamination.

Oil -Alert

The indicating filter shall incorporate six steps -separation, prefilter, coalescing, indicator plus coalescing, afterfilter, and final filter. The indicator plus coalescing shall turn white to red as it adsorbs oil. The Oil -Alert shall be Pioneer Model _____.

 Carbon Adsorber -Alert

The indicating adsorber shall incorporate six steps -separation, prefilter, activated carbon, indicator plus coalescing, afterfilter, and final filter. The indicator plus coalescing shall turn white to red as it adsorbs oil. The Carbon Adsorber Alert shall be Pioneer Model _____.

 Extractor -Dryer -Indicator

The Extractor -Dryer -Indicator shall be suitable for point-of-use filtration and drying. It shall incorporate seven steps -separation, prefilter, coalescing, intermediate filter, activated alumina, indicator desiccant, and final filter. The indicator desiccant shall turn blue to pink with moisture adsorption. The Extractor -Dryer -Indicator shall be Pioneer Model ____.
